Q: What's the MOQ? Will you accept small quantity order?
A: Our MOQ is 2 pcs for RTS products; 50pcs for customize products. we accpet customized logo, brand and package.

Q: Can you make sample base on original sample or picture?
A: Yes, we can make sample based on original sample. Also we can make sample refer to picture or designed artwork.

Q: How to buy the sample?
A: You can contact us to get a sample. For new clients, you will need to pay the cost of the samples. Our sample is refundable, which means we will return the sample cost to you when you place the bulk order.

Q: If the products are not consistent with description, how to solve it? 
A: Please don't worry. we will accept client's exchange or return unconditionally If the products is defective or different with description. we always provide good after-sales service.

Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: Small quantity goods will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT or EMS. Large quantity goods will be shipped by sea or air.
